Hanover Quarry

Completed in 2017, this Reinforced Earth® MSE wall serves as a truck dump (crusher) wall at Vulcan Materials Company’s Hanover facility. The wall reaches approximately 30 feet in height and supports daily aggregate processing operations.

Application

Truck dump walls are commonly used in mining and aggregate facilities to support efficient material handling. In this application, the MSE wall allows heavily loaded haul trucks to safely dump material from the top of the wall into a crushing or conveyance operation below.

The elevated dumping point helps streamline operations while providing the structural capacity needed to support repeated heavy truck loads.
