Your Precast Modular Retaining Wall System

Geoquest USA’s T-WALL is a proven gravity-based retaining wall system. The T-WALL provides facing walls and soil reinforcements in one combined aspect, aiding faster installation and improved wall strength. Because the reinforcing stems face perpendicular to the facing walls, they form “T” patterns as their name suggests.

Our selection of T-WALL precast wall systems includes three modular sizes designed with numerous applications in mind. Together with our experienced engineers, you can set each module’s stem lengths, height, slope tops and architectural treatments. The result is a custom, gravity-stabilized solution that is free of additional connections and prepared to handle extreme height and loading requirements.

Conventional or Inverted — Which T-WALL System Should You Choose?

T-WALL’s design methodology allows for a stem length that varies over the height of the wall. As the courses are stacked, the stems change in length and require less select backfill:

• A conventional T-WALL structure has shorter stem lengths on the top.
• An Inverted T-WALL starts with shorter stem lengths on the bottom.

The Inverted T-WALL design can accommodate a narrower wall footprint — however, as with all retaining wall geometries, a Geotechnical Engineer should determine the minimum base width required at the bottom of the wall to provide an adequate safety factor for global stability.
