Geoquest is entering a new chapter.
Today, we are pleased to share that Geoquest has acquired a new manufacturing property in Franklin, Kentucky, which will become our future integrated production hub. This investment represents a major step forward in our long‑term strategy to self-perform, strengthen vertical integration, and modernize our manufacturing capabilities across North America.
The Franklin facility provides us with the scale, efficiency, and strategic location we need to support continued growth, enhance quality control, and better serve our customers with a stronger, more resilient supply chain.
As part of this transition, we will be consolidating operations from several existing facilities into Franklin during 2026 and 2027. These decisions were made thoughtfully and with respect for the teams that have helped build Geoquest into what it is today. We are committed to supporting all impacted employees throughout the process.
The future of Geoquest will be defined by greater manufacturing capability, tighter integration, and a renewed focus on operational excellence. The Franklin investment positions us to meet the rising demand for engineered solutions across the region and to continue delivering the high‑quality products our customers expect.
